Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If a guide isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Use the email address you bought with, or include your order number, so we can find your order. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

We refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with, through our payment processor, Stripe. We send the refund within 2 business days of your request; your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. When a purchase is refunded, its download links stop working, and we ask that you delete the files and any printed copies you made.

After 30 days

Refunds are not available more than 30 days after purchase, except where the law requires them.

Duplicate purchases and delivery problems

If you were charged twice for the same product, we will refund the extra charge at any time. If your download doesn't arrive or a file won't open, write to us first: we will fix it or send the files again, and if we can't, we will refund you.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. A refund from us is faster for you, and we answer every message within 1 to 2 business days.
