Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains what information BibleFolio collects when you visit this website or buy one of our printable guides, how we use it, and the choices you have. BibleFolio is operated by Creando Pro LLC (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- When you buy. Your name, email address and billing country or ZIP code. Card details are entered on the secure checkout of our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you download. The time of each download and the IP address it came from, so we can resend your files and stop links from being shared.
- When you write to us. Your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you browse. The pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Part of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver your download, and to send your receipt.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To prevent fraud and protect our files from unauthorized sharing.
- To measure how well our advertising works and to improve this website.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We send marketing emails only if you choose to receive them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run this store, and only what they need:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our email provider, to send receipts and download links.
- Our web host, which stores this website and the files.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads. When you visit a page or complete a purchase, the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API may receive the event, your IP address and browser details and, for purchases, an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Meta Pixel sets cookies in your browser so Meta can tell us which ads led to a visit or a purchase. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. To count visits we also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for advertising. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. We process your information to perform our contract with you (your purchase), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and advertising the store, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of the payment card industry standard (PCI DSS). No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
